Cripple Creek and Victor Narrow Gauge Railroad
Train operates May through October. Take a forty-five-minute trip on the old Midland Terminal route behind a steam engine typical of the mining days.

Daily trips from Antonito, CO and Chama, NM. Operates late May through October. Reservations recommended.

Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad & Museum
Train operates year-round. There are many special events, options and pricing plans available. Train runs among the most spectacular scenery in the world. Call for fares.

Georgetown Loop Railroad
Ride a narrow gauge steam-powered train over the famous Georgetown Loop bridge on an authentic recreation of one of the most famous railroads in the West.

Leadville, Colorado & Southern Railroad
Open daily from late May through early October.
The LC&S takes passengers along the old Denver, South Park & Pacific and Colorado & Southern lines to the Continental Divide. The round-trip ride lasts two and a half hours.

Pikes Peak Cog Railway
Open daily year-round. Trains climb from Manitou Springs to Pikes Peak at 14,110 feet high. Be cautious of the altitude. The view from top was inspiration for Kathryn Lee Bates' "America the Beautiful".

Regional Transportation District
RTD operates a 14-mile light rail system between 30th & Downing and Mineral Avenue. Also available on the website is a bus route schedule finder, helpful for getting to the museum via RTD.

The Rio Golden Railroad is located on the perimeter of the Heritage Square Amusement Park. Entrance to the park is free; see website for rates.
